Crossword

Gold gilding wax or gilding polish to watch and cogs with your finger. Edges of stamped layer walnut stain or gathered twigs ink. Antique linen ink to text layer but just dab over the text as it will run.

Daisies

Edges dusty concord ink. Stamp and emboss message with amethyst powder. Foam pads under flowers and sentiment. Stick little buds onto branches.

Calla Lily

Paint lily with bundled sage ink and centre with gathered twigs ink. Edges bundled sage ink. Pads under picture and sentiment.

Butterflies

Iron die cut wax paper on to gloss card, colour with frosty sky colour cloud and a tiny bit of evergreen bough ink. Stamp and emboss butterflies with Hawaii blue, tequila sunrise and emerald city powder. Cut out butterflies and between wings to shape. Stamp message with black ink.

16 May

Poppies

Berry red and marsh green flowers. Edges of vase and white layer hickory smoke ink. Edge of sentiment berry red promarker. Stamp text on card. Foam pads under poppies vase and sentiment. Glossy accents to flowers.

Leaves

Bundled sage ink all over leaves then add spiced marmalade, frayed burlap, forest moss. Add leaf veins with black pen then add sakura clear pen. Edges of banners gathered walnut stain ink. Cut trees in half to make long enough. Shape leaves and stick at bottom only.

Cat

Paint all over with scattered straw then add brushed corduroy and rusty hinge. Sofa paint with weathered wood ink. Cushion candied apple red with spot of black soot, sofa legs black soot with candied apple. Sakura pen to cushion and tassel. Edges walnut promarker.

White flowers

Stampa and emboss using frosty dawn embossing powder. Foam pads under sentiment. Pearls to flowers.

Flowers Z fold

Aqua tinsel embossing powder. Edges of sentiment and white layer evergreen bough ink. Edges of inner card cloudy blue ink.

Bird

Chalk sky and grass. Leaves marsh green, branch firewood or umber (brown). Feet and beak terracotta back and tail walnut, tummy caramel and berry red, middle henna. Sakura clear pen to eye, branches, flowers and leaves.  Edges of picture berry red, edges of inner card faded jeans blue ink edge of sentiment gathered twigs brown.. Embossed trees, antique linen, gathered twigs and hickory smoke

Get well

Plaster frosty sky blue colour cloud. Edges berry red promarker. Foam pads under black layers, bottle and plaster.

Night sky

Stick white layers together with re-positional tape. Mask off grass area. Chipped sapphire seedless preserve and chic viola colour cloud. Forest moss green and black soot for the bottom. Stick white onto black then stamps scene.

Sunset

Stick white layers together with re positional tape. Mask off the grass. Mustard seed and candid apple or barn door, basil green colour cloud and forest moss green, squeezed lemonade for sun any gaps use tulip promarker. Stick white layers to black then stamp scene.

2 May cards

Rugby/Football

Chalk sky and grass, edges of posts ice grey 2, other edges berry red, berry red, marsh green, reef blue, umber or firewood brown. If doing football leave posts off.

Stamped borders

Butterfly

Stamp and emboss butterfly onto acetate with silver embossing powder. Frosty sky colour cloud for edges, backing colour use peacock feathers, salty ocean and dusty concord inks and blend together.

Hearts

Put hearts on with foam pads cut to size, edges berry red promarker, stamp sentiment or use peel offs.

Cake

TOOLS

Ice grey 2, berry red, sunflower yellow, duck egg or oasis blue, leaf green or forest green. Foam pads under brushes.

TURQUOISE FLOWER

Stamp and emboss with blue Hawaii then cut out and put brad in centre. Foam pads under white circle.

14 March Inks and Stencil

Church

Sky and grass chalk. Sakura clear pen to windows, bushes 8270,   pressed leaf or apple cider all greens. Foam pads under frame. Edges of sentiment squeezed lemonade ink.

Blue flower

Apply texture paste through stencil, when dry cut to size. Cut out flowers and put brad in middle

Yellow flower

Paint flower and leaves with butterscotch and rusty hinge ink for flower and bamboo green ink for leaves or colour with sunflower yellow sleigh bell yellow and marsh green promarkers. Sakura clear pen to flower centre dots and stick small round die cut to centre. Shape leaves and flowers, foam pads under sentiment.

Black get well.

Dusty concord and faded jeans ink to background then stamp leaves etc. Foam pads under tag.

7 March Iris folding

Lilac flowers

Edges dusty concord ink, gems to flowers.

Wine glasses

Cut a curve in the 2 large pieces of paper, lay them down first then complete the glasses. Peel off dots for bubbles.

Swirly stencil

Use brillaince ice blue and Anna Griffin brown ink through stencil. Edges antique linen ink. Place cream petals into hexagon.

Church window

Complete iris folding then place window frame on top. Gems to flowers.
