5 March General cards

 Football

Cut out goal, football and shoes. Stick goal onto card then chalk sky and ground. Cut base off shoes and ball, stick to card then stamp grass over the top. Add birds to sky with very fine black pen, foam pads under clothes.

Orange flower

Stamp flower onto white and paint  with ink or use promarkers. Background use faded jeans, spiced marmalade and candid apple oxide ink to colour and stamp. Foam pads under picture.

Peach flowers

Stick peach die cuts onto sticky film then add glitter. Stick paper around the edge and across the middle to keep flat. Black gems to flowers. Foam pads under sentiment.

Blue fold down

Stick white card under centre of paper then fold down and glue in place, add gems. Shape petals. Peel off blob to flower centre.

26 February General Cards

Orange background

Put raised side of embossed wax paper face down onto smooth card and iron. With smoothie add rusty hinge ink. Shape flowers to stand up and gem to middle. Edges fossilized amber ink. Foam pads under sentiment.

Hexagonal

Stick large hexagon to area below the fold. Sunflower yellow and bluebell, decorate with gems. Foam pads under sentiment. Black gem to flower. Edges shaded lilac ink.

Green border

Stamp and emboss border with green embossing powder on smooth side of white card. Edges twisted citron and dusty concord ink pads, Gems to border and silver dots to flowers. Foam pads under sentiment.

Watch card

Stamp bowler, gloves and shoes onto squares and colour bowler and shoe heel ice grey 2, edges gloves and shoes holly green, add clear sakura pen. Trim the layers of watch then stick together. Foam pads under watch and sentiment.

11 February General cards

Books

Shelves firewood or umber brown, Lampshade and cup denim blue and sakura clear pen. Books marsh green, sleigh bell yellow, heatwave (orange) and sakura clear pen. Embossed layer brushed corduroy distress ink.

Church card

Gold paper under church, foam pads under sentiment and flowers and peel off dots to flower centres. Edges of card, hands and cross squeezed lemonade distress ink.

Silver flower

Stamp background with smokey grey ink, cut 2 strips 4cm (1¾”) deep. Cut between petals to shape. Stardust stickles to flower centres. Paint diluted pearl paint to flower petals.

Orange flowers

Leaves green shoot, flowers bright orange, small dots turquoise or oasis. Stardust stickles.

Fantasy flowers

Leaves marsh green, bright orange, sunflower yellow, turquoise and amber. Sakura clear pen and stardust stickles. Edges broken china or peacock feathers ink. Gem to grey flower heads.

Gardening

Add stenciled dots to background with broken china and faded jeans oxide ink. Stamp seed text panel with black. Pot cut off back bit and colour with terracotta. Wellies marsh green. Foam pads under pot wellies and sentiment. Tools cool grey 4 and berry red. Lupins lilac with pink tips (trick or treat). Sakura clear pen to flowers and leaves.

Black flowers

Stamp flowers with black. Edges hickory smoke grey ink. Foam pads under sentiment. Gems to flower centres.

Lacy edge flowers

Fossilized amber oxide ink to flower tips.

22 January general cards

Pink and blue flowers

Blue flower paint with shaded lilac oxide ink or china blue promarker, pink cardinal red promarker. Stamp greenery around frame, stardust stickles to flower centres, edges bundled sage ink. Foam pads under flowers.

Hats

Cornflower blue and lime green, some parts need second coat of blue. Sakura clear pen to ribbons and bows. Foam pads under hats sentiment and handbag.

Peach background

To smooth side of white card apply fired brick oxide ink with smoothie, dab with wet wipe. Stamp flower head then mask off for stem. Stardust stickles to flower head. Edges fired brick ink. Foam pads under picture and sentiment.

Sailing boat

Apply glitter paste through stencil. Yacht berry red, firewood brown and apple green. Waves marsh green. Edges and shells gathered twigs ink. Foam pads under sentiment. Tear sandpaper to give rough edges.

15 January general cards

Lilac flowers

Mix chic viola, luna paste and sparkle paste then apply through stencil. Frilled edges dusty concord distress ink.

Yellow flowers

Leaves marsh green, flowers sunflower yellow. Sakura clear pen to some greenery, edges of flowers sunflower yellow promarker or yellow ink. Black stickles to flower centres. Gems to blue decoration.

Tools

Gathered twigs distress ink to bricks and edges. Tools cool grey 4, heatwave (orange) and sleigh bell yellow and raw sienna (brown).

Yellow card behind spirit level.

Red hearts

Stamp hearts with gold embossing powder, centre of flowers and bird’s eye black glaze pen. Foam pads under small hearts.

Blue hearts

Stamp hearts with silent night embossing powder, centre of flowers and bird’s eye black glaze pen. Foam pads under small hearts.
