17 November Christmas

Black poinsettia

Trim gold to fit under white corners. Stick white holly leaves back into die cut then green leaves on top. Gold dots to poinsettia flowers, add stars and sakura clear pen to leaves.

Blue frosty sparkle

Stick pearlised blue strips to each edge with smowflakes over the top. Stick double sided sticky to mat blue strip, remove backing paper and stick snowflake panel on top, cover with glitter add foam pads.

Little gold stamped tree

Stamp and emboss with gold powder then die cut, add red gems and star, berry red promarker to edge of sentiment, foam pads under tree and sentiment sakura clear pen to holly leaves and embossed background.  

Gold 3D tree

Stick the largest gold tree flat on the card, stick the 4 smaller ones back to back with red tape, add red gems and star, foam pads under tree base. Stick on holly leaves and berries.

Shopping bags

Stick ribbon handles inside green squares and red tissue, foam pads between the green squares and coloured squares on the front.

20 October Christmas step cards

NOEL verse

Berry red and marsh green, sakura pen to dots, peel off dots to flower centres. Sentiment is a stamp or use peel offs. Berry red pen to edges of picture, sentiment and paper. 3D foam pads under sentiment.

Nativity Step

Berry red and marsh green to holly on the paper. Red glaze pen to berries. Stick small star on top of large.

Tree step

Stamp and emboss tree with either silver or white embossing powder. Stardust stickles to tree and centre of stars border.

Bauble step

Red glaze pen to berries, gold peel off for bauble string.

Birdies and stockings

Berry red stockings and hearts, hats marsh green. Beaks star and moon sunflower yellow, bid bodies sandstone, wings and feet umber or firewood (brown) chine blue stocking heels and toes. Chisel tip of marsh green pen to edges of picture. Sakura clear pen to eyes. Stardust stickles to hats and stocking tops.

Rectangle patchwork

3D foam pads under the rectangles, red gems for holly berries.

Poinsettia

Cut out smaller poinsettia colour both with berry red, marsh green and sunflower yellow to centre, 3D foam pads between layers, peel off blobs in centre of flowers.

Watering can

Emboss a frame on front of card with crease board. Holly leaves marsh green, ivy leaves pine or forest green, robin breast berry red wings umber or firewood brown, flower pot terracotta, watering can ice grey 2, ribbon and heart red, flowers satin, stardust stickles to snowflakes, frosted lace stickles to ground.

Bauble

Stamp and emboss 3 baubles, die cut them then stick back to back. Sakura clear pen on embossed layer.

Arched window

Cut backing paper to fit window, peel off dots in centre of poinsettias.

Tea cups

Middle cup 454 (blue) or duck egg and peony rim.

Right cup capri blue edges and ribbon handle peony.

Left cup frozen lake (blue) or powder blue and peony. Sakura clear pen to add sparkle.

Burgundy Square

Outer frame ice grey 2, inner frame edge cardinal red, centre panel lavender, centre 560 (purple) or slate. Sakura clear pen to add sparkle.

Pale green and white

Cut out petals and cut between petals.

Gold

Stamp and emboss border with gold embossing powder then die cut border, sakura clear pen to flower tips.

Green border

Stamp and emboss border with green embossing powder.

15 Sept Duct tape cards

Pink on black

Apply silver gilding wax very lightly with flat sponge to black embossed duct tape. 3D foam pads under sentiment and flowers.

Music

Stick die cuts to card then cover with duct tape and smooth around edges with cotton bud or crease tool. Apply gold gilding wax with very flat sponge to die cuts, cut shape in machine then add gilding wax to edges.

Hearts

Tiny bit of silver gilding wax to edge of silver heart and wine glasses.

Church

Cut yellow paper to fit under church, 3D foam pads under church. Bundled sage ink to edges, shape flowers over poky tool, sakura clear pen to church windows.

Pink oval

Put plain pink card under the die cut edges, pink flower paper stick with glue stick

8 September Z fold cards

Mini cars

Windows 532(cream) or almond, berry red, ice grey 2, 7170 (blue) or china blue, sunflower, edges berry red promarker.

With sympathy

Use template to colour the rectangles with antique linen, hickory smoke and old paper ink. Stamp flower heads in black then mask off for stems.

Chocolates

Cut out 2 sets of chocolates add extra colour if desired and put 3D foam pads between. Edges scattered straw or antique linen ink. Use glue gun to stick bow.

Pink Flowers

Prick holes down edges of top layer.

Handbag

Cut out brown card then use corner rounder punch, stick amber card on top and trim to

bag shape, fold gold decorative pieces in half as hinges. Brown cotton through button then stick to bag.
